Job Description

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive North America sales strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance tracking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Identify and capitalize on market trends, competitive insights, and emerging opportunities.
  • Oversee pricing strategies and contract negotiations to maximize profitability.



Operations Leadership

  • Ensure seamless coordination between sales, supply chain, and production teams to meet customer demand.
  • Optimize logistics and order fulfillment processes for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor key operational metrics, implementing improvements where necessary.
  • Drive process enhancements that reduce lead times, costs, and inefficiencies in sales and operations.



Technical Expertise & Product Knowledge

  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on manufacturing equipment, advising customers on product capabilities and solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and R&D teams to align sales efforts with product development.
  • Conduct technical training for internal teams and external customers as needed.
