Our client is currently seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join their growing team who is looking to grow with the business.

Job Description

  • Assist the Project Manager in all phases of project execution from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, designers, and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Maintain and update project schedules, procurement logs, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Participate in on-site walk-throughs, site meetings, and weekly progress reports.
  • Support budgeting and cost control efforts, including invoice review and tracking.
  • Ensure project compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.

The Successful Applicant

  • 1-3 years of experience in residential construction
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field strongly preferred
  • OSHA certification preferred
  • Proficient in project management software
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
