Job Description



  • Coordinate domestic and international product labeling projects, ensuring timely approvals and accurate ingredient declarations.


  • Maintain and update vendor documentation in compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.


  • Support Sales & Marketing by providing accurate nutritional data using Genesis software for new and existing products.


  • Create and manage detailed product specifications in collaboration with the Product Commercialization team.


  • Ensure all customer QA platforms are up to date and complete required compliance documentation and food safety questionnaires.


  • Approve printed packaging and labeling artwork to meet regulatory and customer-specific requirements.


  • Lead documentation efforts and coordinate internal and external compliance audits.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of regulatory or QA experience in a food manufacturing setting, with strong knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, FSMA, and compliance documentation. They are detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in managing labeling, vendor approvals, and traceability.
