With a clear focus on professional development, flexibility, and work-life balance, they offer a supportive and engaging workplace that empowers employees to reach their full potential.Driven by purpose, powered by people, and grounded in values, our client continues to redefine what's possible in the health and nutrition industry.Job DescriptionReview and verify daily quality documentation for accuracy and completeness.Support regulatory inspections and third-party audits to ensure ongoing compliance with applicable standards.Conduct routine floor inspections to maintain an audit-ready environment at all times.Perform chemical, physical, sensory, microbiological, and shelf-life testing on finished products produced at the facility.Actively participate as a member of the HACCP team.Monitor and verify the safety and quality of all products by auditing, inspecting, sampling, and testing incoming ingredients, in-process materials, packaging, and sanitation procedures.Generate Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for finished goods.Approve and release raw materials for production and finished products for shipment using the ERP system.Investigate and document instances of finished products falling outside of specifications.Assist with training plant personnel on proper sanitation, housekeeping, and product handling practices.Partner with operations staff to proactively address and resolve quality-related concerns.Coordinate with team members at other production sites to ensure consistent communication and operational alignment.Serve as the backup for the QA Manager, assuming quality responsibilities during their absence.Perform additional duties and projects as assigned to support the quality assurance function.
