This opportunity offers a competitive compensation package, robust professional development, and an exceptional company culture.Job DescriptionDevelop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and inspection processes throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.Monitor product quality through data collection, analysis, and reporting; recommend improvements based on findings.Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and ensure customer specifications are met.Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes (CAPA).Conduct internal audits and support external audits and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001).Maintain documentation for quality processes, procedures, and compliance records.Support new product development by assessing potential quality risks and requirements.Train team members on quality standards and best practices.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
