Seeking a high-caliber HR Generalist to join a collaborative, fast-paced HR team supporting a professional services firm. Reporting to the Director of HR, this role will be a true generalist, with a strong focus on recruitment, employee relations, training, and ad-hoc projects. You'll need top-tier executive presence and the ability to build trust and credibility with leadership from day one.

Job Description



  • Recruitment: Lead final interviews, manage offer processes, and oversee a contract recruiter (10-15 open reqs; Acquire ATS)


  • Training: Develop and deliver internal trainings including manager development and performance management sessions


  • Employee Relations: Partner with the Director to manage ER issues, focusing on PIPs, terminations, coaching, and performance management


  • Recognition: Oversee employee awards and recognition committee


  • Projects: Collaborate on various HR initiatives; benefits experience a plus

The Successful Applicant



  • Ideally 5+ years of HR experience (open to more or less if you bring strong executive presence)


  • Professional polish and presence to represent HR with leadership


  • Strong communication, adaptability, and sense of humor


  • Comfortable in a high-touch, manual environment (Excel, ADP, Workday)
