As they expand, they're looking for a key team member to help drive the company's next phase of growth and success.Job DescriptionHealthcare Construction Superintendent - Manhattan, NYOversee daily field operations for healthcare interior projects thtoughout New York City and Brooklyn, managing all subcontractor activity and jobsite coordination.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and building and construction codes specific to medical and patient-occupied spaces.Collaborate with project managers and clients to drive quality, maintain timelines, and minimize disruptions in active healthcare facilities.Conduct daily jobsite meetings, manage logistics and phasing plans, and lead safety protocols including ICRA implementation.Produce and maintain accurate site documentation, progress reports, and daily logs.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
