Job Description

  • Provide administrative and strategic support to multiple C-level executives
  • Manage complex, dynamic calendars and prioritize meetings across time zones
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics
  • Draft and format confidential board materials, investor documents, and presentations
  • Act as a liaison between C-Suite, internal teams, portfolio companies, and external stakeholders
  • Organize executive meetings, offsites, and firm-wide events
  • Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables for strategic initiatives
  • Manage inboxes and correspondence on behalf of executives as needed
  • Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Support special projects and ensure operational efficiency across the executive team

The Successful Applicant

  • Has 6-10 years of experience, with at least 3 years supporting senior leadership in finance or private equity
  • Is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills, business judgment, and discretion
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, and comfortable managing high-volume priorities
  • Maintains a proactive mindset, anticipates executive needs, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
  • Approaches all responsibilities with professionalism, urgency, and a service-oriented attitude
