Job Description



  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees by providing guidance on employee relations issues, workplace conflicts, and policy interpretation.


  • Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints, policy violations, and other workplace concerns.


  • Partner with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.


  • Support a positive workplace culture by developing and delivering training on conflict resolution, performance management, and respectful workplace practices.

The Successful Applicant



  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and navigate sensitive conversations with professionalism and discretion.


  • Has a solid understanding of employment law, HR policies, and best practices in employee relations, ideally with prior experience handling investigations and conflict resolution.


  • Is highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple cases while maintaining accurate documentation and meeting deadlines.


  • Brings a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to balance employee advocacy and business objectives effectively.
