Director/Vice President, LIHTC Development

• Lead the planning, underwriting, and development of LIHTC-financed housing projects from start to finish.
• Identify and evaluate potential development opportunities in partnership with developers, banks, non-profit organizations and contractors, as part of a robust, strong team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, lenders, contractors, and public agencies.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC regulations, as well as federal, state, and local housing policies.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and financial models to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide strategic oversight and decision-making throughout the development process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align development goals with broader organizational objectives.
• Monitor market trends and policy changes to inform development strategies.
