The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, but if you have at least five years of sales experience in the metals industry, we want to hear from you.
Strong sales instincts with the ability to connect with employees, management, and customers effectively.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and open to learning industry-specific software like Metalware.
Strong analytical skills-able to gather data, assess problems, and make smart decisions.
Ability to interpret technical instructions and manage both big-picture strategy and detailed tasks.
Clear and effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken
