Job Description



  • Coordinate and manage all phases of commercial interior construction projects


  • Oversee scheduling, document control, and subcontractor coordination


  • Support billing compliance and procurement processes


  • Collaborate closely with project managers, superintendents, and executive leadership


  • Utilize Procore to manage project workflows (strongly preferred)

The Successful Applicant



  • 3-5 years of experience as an APM in commercial interiors


  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented


  • Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment


  • Familiar with Procore and strong with project documentation and team coordination


  • Eager to grow and take on greater responsibility quickly
