Job Description

  • Manage and oversee the financial performance of the property portfolio
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize return on assets
  • Conduct financial analysis to inform strategic decision-making
  • Monitor market trends and economic conditions affecting the property industry
  • Work closely with property managers to ensure the effective operation of properties
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of asset management strategies

The Successful Applicant

A successful Asset Manager should have:

  • Strong LIHTC experience
  • A good understanding and experience in Property Management
  • A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong financial analysis skills
  • A thorough understanding of the property industry
  • Strategic decision-making ability
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A commitment to compliance and ethical conduct
