Job Description

  • Manage calendars, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements for company leadership
  • Coordinate communication with vendors, suppliers, and production teams
  • Prepare, proof, and organize documents, reports, and presentations
  • Support execution of fashion launches, showroom appointments, and marketing events
  • Maintain sample inventory and organize internal files and databases
  • Track project deadlines and support cross-departmental communication
  • Assist with expense reporting, invoicing, and purchase order processing
  • Help onboard new hires and serve as a point of contact for team support
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow

The Successful Applicant

  • Has 3-5 years of administrative experience, ideally in fashion or a creative industry
  • Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Communicates professionally and confidently across teams and with external partners
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools like Asana or Trello
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and trend-driven environment
  • Takes initiative, solves problems independently, and brings a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Discreet with sensitive information and reliable under pressure
