  • Coordinating complex travel arrangements for senior staff
  • Processing detailed expense reports via Concur
  • Scheduling meetings through Outlook
  • Managing office tasks such as answering calls
  • Organizing guest access and catering
  • Maintaining supplies
  • Ensuring smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders
