Job Description



  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives and departmental teams


  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and confidential documents


  • Maintain organized filing systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality


  • Assist with meeting planning, event coordination, and logistical support


  • Act as a liaison between departments and external contacts to ensure smooth work flow


  • Monitor office supply levels and handle procurement or vendor coordination as needed


  • Support compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements


  • Contribute to a professional, efficient, and collaborative office environment
