Job Description



  • Oversee all field operations, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality project delivery.


  • Implement and refine operational systems, workflows, and SOPs across construction, purchasing, and client services.


  • Lead and develop high-performing teams including Project Managers, Superintendents, and support staff.


  • Collaborate with ownership and executive leadership to set strategic direction and drive continuous improvement.


  • Ensure a best-in-class client experience through communication, transparency, and accountability.


  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to maximize value and quality.


  • Monitor financial performance across projects, ensuring profitability and risk mitigation.

The Successful Applicant



  • 10+ years of experience in residential construction, ideally in custom or luxury homes.


  • Proven leadership experience overseeing multiple high-end residential projects simultaneously.


  • Deep understanding of the South Florida construction market, codes, permitting, and luxury client expectations.


  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, capable of scaling operations.


  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven.


  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a hands-on management style.


  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
