With a strong commitment to R&D and a presence in over 40 countries, our client is positioned for sustained global growth and innovation.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Develop and implement business development strategies to grow market share across sectors such as energy storage, construction, and industrial manufacturing.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through OEMs, distributors, and direct customer engagement.Build and maintain strong customer relationships to assess technical needs and deliver tailored solutions.Achieve and exceed sales targets and margin goals for the North American market.Conduct market, competitor, and customer analysis to guide strategic planning.Collaborate with R&D, product development, marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to support commercial initiatives.Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and long-term agreement development.Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to inform strategy.Support marketing efforts with technical input and help develop sales collateral.Maintain accurate and timely reporting, forecasting, and CRM updates.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
