Job Description



  • Oversee all on-site construction activities for a hospital addition while ensuring minimal disruption to the existing, operational facility.


  • Coordinate daily with project managers, subcontractors, hospital administration, and inspection authorities.


  • Enforce strict safety protocols and infection control measures appropriate for an active healthcare environment.


  • Maintain project schedule, proactively resolving conflicts and ensuring timely delivery.


  • Conduct daily site walks, manage documentation, RFIs, and ensure compliance with AHCA standards.


  • Serve as the on-site face of the contractor, fostering a cooperative and communicative environment.

The Successful Applicant



  • Minimum 7 years of superintendent experience, with at least 3 in occupied healthcare construction.


  • Deep knowledge of hospital safety, infection control procedures (ICRA/ILSM), and AHCA compliance.


  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills under high-stakes conditions.


  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades simultaneously.


  • OSHA 30 certification required; ICRA training a strong plus.


  • Resides in or willing to relocate to the Miami, FL area.
