Traveling Roofing Project Manager | Houston, TX

• Oversee and monitor multiple roofing projects
• Direct and lead the work of field staff from pre-construction to project completion
• Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
• Maintain required project documentation
• Serve as liaison between client and all technical aspects of the projects
• Manage multiple projects and conduct daily site visits to audit the performance and safety of the job sites
• Coordinate and track material, equipment, and labor in line with job constraints and budgets
• Analyze, manage, and mitigate problems by utilizing a risk assessment approach
