Job Description

Lead all on-site construction activities for commercial ground-up builds
Oversee subcontractors, enforce site safety, and ensure adherence to project plans and timelines
Maintain the construction schedule and coordinate with Project Manager on critical path items
Run daily job site meetings, manage logistics, and maintain quality control
Conduct inspections and maintain site reports, punch lists, and progress documentation
Ensure all work complies with local codes, permits, and environmental requirements

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial construction projects
Proven ability to lead site operations from excavation through CO
OSHA 30-hour certification required
Strong knowledge of local subcontractors, building codes, and sequencing
Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to read blueprints and proactively solve problems in the field
Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) a plus
