Job Description



  • Lead all on-site construction activities for K-12 renovation and new build projects


  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and job site safety


  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and owners to ensure clear communication and timely issue resolution


  • Ensure strict compliance with school district building codes and inspection processes


  • Conduct daily job site walks, enforce safety standards, and maintain cleanliness


  • Prepare and maintain daily field reports and manage project documentation

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of field experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, with a proven track record managing K-12 school projects. They must be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of driving schedules while upholding safety and quality standards. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are essential, along with experience working in occupied school environments.
