Job Description



  • Serve as the on-site leader, managing all field operations from groundbreaking to project completion


  • Coordinate daily site activities, subcontractor scheduling, material deliveries, and quality assurance


  • Enforce jobsite safety protocols and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations


  • Work closely with the Project Manager to maintain project timelines, budgets, and client communication


  • Conduct site walkthroughs, manage inspections, and generate daily progress reports


  • Proactively resolve field issues to minimize project delays or disruptions

The Successful Applicant



  • 7+ years of construction experience, with a minimum of 3 years as a Superintendent on K-12 or similar public sector projects


  • Strong understanding of school board processes, DSA or AHJ inspections, and phased occupied-campus construction


  • Proven ability to lead field teams and subcontractors while maintaining professionalism and accountability


  • Skilled in project documentation, scheduling (Microsoft Project or similar), and safety compliance (OSHA 30 preferred)


  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
