Superintendent I - Mixed Use - Knoxville

• Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure project quality and timelines are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to maintain workflow.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project updates and progress.
• Manage and allocate resources, including labor and materials, effectively.
• Prepare and submit detailed daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
