Job Description



  • Lead and manage interior finish phases, from pre-punch through final closeout


  • Execute and track punch lists, ensuring timely completion and trade accountability


  • Coordinate and oversee warranty service work, maintaining client satisfaction post-turnover


  • Uphold high standards for quality, cleanliness, and job site organization


  • Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, subcontractors, and clients


  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and project timelines

The Successful Applicant



  • 5+ years of experience as a superintendent or finish lead on high-end commercial or hospitality projects


  • Strong knowledge of luxury interior construction, including millwork, finishes, and fixtures


  • Detail-oriented with a high standard for craftsmanship and aesthetics


  • Skilled at managing punchout and warranty phases independently


  • Professional communicator with the ability to interface confidently with clients and design teams


  • Local to or able to commute to Jupiter, FL
