Our client is a Florida-based general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering healthcare, institutional, and commercial construction projects across the state. Their Miami division is expanding rapidly due to continued success in winning hospital renovations, medical office buildings, and surgical center projects.

Job Description



  • Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project close-out


  • Ensure compliance with project plans, schedules, and safety regulations


  • Coordinate and lead subcontractors, vendors, and field staff


  • Maintain job site documentation and daily progress reports


  • Communicate regularly with project managers, owners, and inspectors


  • Drive quality control and safety initiatives throughout the job site


  • Resolve field issues promptly while minimizing project delays

The Successful Applicant



  • Minimum of 5-10 years of Superintendent experience, with a focus on healthcare construction


  • Proven track record delivering projects in occupied hospital environments, surgical centers, or ground-up medical facilities


  • Strong knowledge of AHCA regulations and infection control protocols


  • Excellent communication and leadership skills


  • Ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced schedules


  • OSHA 30-hour certification required; CPR/First Aid preferred
