It's a place where people tend to stay and grow their careers.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent - Data Center - Boston will be responsible for:Oversee all field activity and manage subcontractors/vendors on siteDrive execution on large-scale technical builds with full ownership of site coordinationSupervise erection of steel, major electrical/mechanical installs, and critical path tradesCollaborate with PMs and executive stakeholders to resolve issues and drive resultsUtilize Procore and MS Project to manage reporting, documentation, and schedulingPlay an active role in the buyout process, particularly with scopes involving carpentry, masonry, and structural steelRepresent the company's culture of safety, accountability, and team-first executionMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
