Job Description



  • Oversee day-to-day management of shell construction projects, from pre-construction through to structure completion


  • Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, and material deliveries to ensure timely execution


  • Serve as the primary liaison between field teams, GCs, and ownership


  • Monitor budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage project documentation


  • Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are upheld throughout the project lifecycle

The Successful Applicant



  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Assistant PM within a shell contractor


  • Proven background managing structural concrete scopes on high-rise multifamily or mixed-use projects


  • Strong knowledge of construction documents, CPM scheduling, and field coordination


  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required


  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven to see projects through to successful completion
