With a reputation for precision and reliability, we continue to expand our footprint in diverse sectors.Job DescriptionAccount Management: Oversee an established customer base in the Southeast region, maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide ongoing support, technical expertise, and service to ensure long-term client retention.New Business Development: Proactively drive new business within the territory, identifying and pursuing opportunities with potential clients in various sectors, including food processing, pharmaceuticals, energy, building materials, mining, wood production, and chemicals.Sales Execution: Sell a full suite of products, including conveyor belt scales, weigh belt feeders, and other material handling solutions. Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions to solve complex problems and improve operational efficiency.Strategic Planning & Reporting: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry shifts and customer demands.Territory Growth: Drive market share growth within your designated region, with an emphasis on both maintaining and expanding current accounts, as well as identifying new prospects in the Southeast region.Collaboration & Support: Work closely with the internal sales team, engineering, and customer service to ensure the highest level of customer support and timely project execution.
