The company is recognized for its low turnover, steady growth in size, revenue and projects, as well as their fantastic benefits!Job DescriptionLead all on-site construction activities for $50M+ ground-up commercial projects.Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all OSHA regulations.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to keep the project on track.Manage on-site personnel, including subcontractors and laborers, to maintain productivity and quality standards.Review and interpret construction documents, blueprints, and specifications.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and provide project updates.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
