Senior Superintendent Commercial Construction $50M+ Ground Up

• Lead all on-site construction activities for $50M+ ground-up commercial projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all OSHA regulations.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
• Manage on-site personnel, including subcontractors and laborers, to maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Review and interpret construction documents, blueprints, and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and provide project updates.
