Job Description



  • Deliver exceptional customer service through clear, professional, and timely written and verbal communication with clients and internal teams.


  • Perform joist and deck estimates using specialized estimating software.


  • Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with clients.


  • Collaborate with the commercial team to develop and implement effective market strategies.


  • Establish and nurture relationships within the local engineering community by participating in industry events and networking opportunities.


  • Be available for business travel as needed.


  • Demonstrate flexibility by working beyond standard business hours when required

The Successful Applicant



  • Qualifications:


    • Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings, as well as project specifications, with a solid understanding of the construction process.


    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, or related field preferred).


    • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.


    • Willingness and eligibility to pursue Professional Engineer (PE) licensure upon meeting all requirements.


    • Experience in customer service and sales related role


    • Proficiency with NuBid
