With a strong regional footprint and an agile service model, this firm is positioned for continued growth and seeks a Regional Sales Manager to support that expansion.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and market penetration.Build and nuture strong client relationships within the multifamily property market.Identify key decision makers, manage bid responses and secure profitable contracts with opportunities for repeat business.Collaborate with clients to create scope of work - ensure ADA and IBC compliance and work around local pricing and regulatory standards.Conduct property assessments, perform job walks, deliver real time pricing insights, support clients in resolving unforeseen issues.Partner closely with estimators, project managers and field teams to ensure seamless project execution including participation in kickoff, progress meetings, and final project meetings.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantQualifications:Bachelor's degree is a huge plus.Proven track record in multifamily construction with expertise in roofing, interiors, exteriors or restoration services.5+ years of sales experienceStrong ability to mushroom existing contacts and accounts as well as build new relationships.Ability to develop and communicate scope of work, with knowledge of construction standards and compliance.Proficient and willing to log all activity in salesforce CRM systems - pricing, contract negotiation.OSHA certification (or willingness to obtain). Familiarity with IICRC standards.
