The company focuses on sustainable, bio-based solutions and emphasizes environmental responsibility, innovation, and quality in its operations.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Identify, develop, and grow new opportunities and new customers within assigned sales territory.Grow overall sales in the assigned territory.Use CRM, sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sales and profitability of products, lines, or services. As well as analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.Negotiate Prices and terms of sales with new and existing customers.Engage with all existing customers in assigned territory.Understand Customers and prospect buying centers.Participate in all local and regional bodies associated with relevant industry associations. Examples include (but not limited to) Personal Care, Society of Tribology and Lubricant Engineering, Cleaning Industry, Food, and Pharma.Coordinate or participate in promotional activities or trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, or production managers, to market products or services.Consult with the Sales Manager and Business Managers to gain advice regarding the types of products or services expected to be in demand.Using all sources available identify prospects.
