With a global footprint spanning over 40 countries and thousands of machines installed, it remains a leader in high-performance laundry solutions.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Develop and Execute Sales StrategyIdentify and implement strategic plans to grow equipment sales across assigned territories in the industrial and commercial laundry sector.Generate New BusinessProactively prospect and secure new customer relationships with laundries, healthcare facilities, hospitality operators, and other relevant businesses.Manage the Sales CycleLead the full sales process from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing.Territory ManagementBuild and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities across the assigned geographic region, ensuring consistent activity to meet or exceed sales targets.Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain and grow strong relationships with existing clients by providing consultative support and ongoing service to encourage repeat business and referrals.Product Knowledge and DemonstrationDevelop deep expertise in the company's product lines, including washer-extractors, ironers, finishing tunnels, and cleanroom systems. Conduct effective presentations and equipment demonstrations.Market IntelligenceMonitor competitor activity and market trends to identify emerging opportunities or potential threats. Provide actionable feedback to management.Collaboration with Internal TeamsWork closely with engineering, customer service, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient project execution.CRM and ReportingMaintain accurate records of all sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions within the CRM system.
