Regional Plant Controller | Manufacturing Firm | Schaumburg, IL

• Manage and oversee financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for multiple plant locations.
• Collaborate with plant management teams to develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Lead internal audits and ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Supervise and mentor plant-level accounting staff to ensure high performance and compliance.
• Assist with capital expenditure planning and asset management processes.
