Job Description

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies
  • Source and headhunt potential candidates through various online channels
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess the suitability of potential candidates
  • Work closely with the Human Resources department to understand the recruitment needs of the business
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas of improvement
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market knowledge
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process for all parties
  • Provide feedback to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
