Their capabilities include advanced molding techniques and extensive post-molding services such as painting, decorating, welding, and assembly, providing comprehensive solutions across various industries.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Drive quality excellence and continuous performance improvements throughout the organization.Maintain a strong understanding of the business environment and its impact on company profitability.Review and evaluate product specifications and customer requirements to ensure alignment.Guarantee compliance with relevant national and international quality standards.Integrate environmental, health, and safety considerations into quality practices.Establish and agree upon internal quality standards.Collaborate with operational teams to define and document processes and procedures.Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive quality protocols.Systematically develop and maintain a clear, accessible quality management system for all employees.Implement and oversee quality controls and documentation management.Manage technical staff conducting product tests and inspections, often within lab settings.Ensure testing procedures are accurately executed, results evaluated, and product adjustments investigated as needed.Collect and analyze performance metrics against established benchmarks.Prepare detailed technical and management reports.Oversee the internal audit program and its scheduling.Lead initiatives for ongoing product and service quality improvements.Identify and address training needs related to quality standards.Supply Chain Management:Partner with purchasing to define and monitor supplier quality standards and performance.Evaluate suppliers' product specifications and quality assurance plans.Oversee supplier audit programs to ensure adherence to quality expectations.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
