• 
  
  Develop and implement quality goals, policies, procedures, and systems.
• 
  
  Provide guidance on interpreting and applying the Quality Management System (QMS) and relevant standards across the facility.
• 
  
  Lead cross-functional quality projects, setting timelines, plans, and strategies.
• 
  
  Oversee the internal audit program, assessing and driving improvements from audit findings.
• 
  
  Report QMS performance, non-compliance issues, and corrective actions to management.
• 
  
  Manage internal auditing, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and complaint resolution processes.
• 
  
  Schedule and conduct periodic Management Reviews.
• 
  
  Drive continuous quality improvement using tools like SPC, FMEA, and fishbone diagrams.
• 
  
  Address and resolve customer non-conformances.
• 
  
  Manage and monitor inspection, calibration, and gaging processes.
• 
  
  Recommend and implement inspection improvements.
• 
  
  Coordinate with customer auditors, ensuring corrective actions and compliance with specifications.
• 
  
  Oversee hiring, training, performance management, and career development for direct reports.
