With over 500 employees across multiple U.S. facilities, they serve industries such as medical devices, biopharma, aerospace, and defense, offering services including polymer machining, metal machining, and silicone molding.Job DescriptionDevelop and implement quality goals, policies, procedures, and systems.Provide guidance on interpreting and applying the Quality Management System (QMS) and relevant standards across the facility.Lead cross-functional quality projects, setting timelines, plans, and strategies.Oversee the internal audit program, assessing and driving improvements from audit findings.Report QMS performance, non-compliance issues, and corrective actions to management.Manage internal auditing, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and complaint resolution processes.Schedule and conduct periodic Management Reviews.Drive continuous quality improvement using tools like SPC, FMEA, and fishbone diagrams.Address and resolve customer non-conformances.Manage and monitor inspection, calibration, and gaging processes.Recommend and implement inspection improvements.Coordinate with customer auditors, ensuring corrective actions and compliance with specifications.Oversee hiring, training, performance management, and career development for direct reports.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
