Following a transformative period of growth, they are seeking top industry talent to continue strengthening their commitment to quality, innovation, and operational excellence.Job DescriptionThe key responsibilites for the Quality Manager are:Lead and mentor a high-performing Quality Engineering team focused on problem-solving, compliance, and process optimization.Manage and enhance the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) for peak efficiency.Implement a robust internal audit program to ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, FAA, and AS13100.Collaborate with Operations and Engineering to address quality challenges and improve manufacturing processes.Drive root cause analysis and corrective action (RCCA) to prevent recurring issues.Develop and report key quality metrics, supporting strategic business decisions.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
