They serve industries such as beauty, wellness, spirits, financial services, and cannabis, providing cutting-edge designs and printing technologies tailored to brand needs.Job DescriptionOversee the procurement process, sourcing materials and services, while maintaining effective supplier relationships.Develop and implement purchasing strategies to meet company goals.Monitor the use of the MRP system to balance customer demand with inventory and cash flow.Serve as a liaison between suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams.Track key performance metrics to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Assist in crafting negotiation strategies and closing favorable deals.Help negotiate and manage annual contracts.Collaborate with project teams to ensure proper documentation for purchases.Analyze market trends and pricing to anticipate changes in supply-demand dynamics.Conduct cost analysis and benchmarking exercises.Plan and oversee delivery schedules and inventory levels.Maintain and monitor house stock inventory.Identify and manage potential risks.Build strong relationships with new and existing suppliers to ensure quality and capacity.Develop and implement supplier performance management systems to improve long-term relationships.Evaluate suppliers for capacity and quality, ensuring reliable raw material supply.Visit and audit suppliers as needed to maintain performance standards.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
