Project Manager - Multifamily Construction - Van Nuys

Job DescriptionThe Project Manager will be reporting into the Senior Project Manager:

• Oversee and manage projects around the San Fernando Valley, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to project specifications.
• Prepare and present project reports, updates, and status reviews to stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project life cycle.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Mentor and guide junior staff and project team members.
