Job Description

  • Run/manage project from start to finish
  • Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
  • Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
  • Establish and maintain an effective and professional on site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.
  • Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.

The Successful Applicant



  • 4+ years of experience with a commercial GC managing ground-up builds.


  • Prior experience on K-12 or institutional projects is a major plus.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.


  • Proficiency in construction scheduling and project management software.


  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.


  • Willingness to travel around the Houston metro (Conroe and surrounding).
