Job Description



  • Oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects from planning to completion


  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and scopes


  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment


  • Manage procurement, subcontractor negotiations, and permitting processes


  • Track progress, manage risk, and resolve issues to ensure timely delivery


  • Conduct regular site visits, manage quality control, and enforce safety standards


  • Provide leadership to project staff including Superintendents and Assistant PMs


  • Communicate updates regularly to senior leadership and ownership groups

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience managing ground-up multifamily construction projects in Florida, with a proven track record of delivering high-density residential developments on time and within budget. They must possess strong leadership, budgeting, and scheduling skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
