Job Description



  • Lead all phases of major healthcare construction projects, from pre-construction through close-out


  • Serve as the primary client liaison to build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders


  • Collaborate with internal teams including estimating, project management, and field operations to ensure excellence in delivery


  • Oversee multiple large-scale healthcare projects simultaneously while managing project teams and financials


  • Drive business development efforts within the healthcare sector using your regional network in NYC, Westchester, and Southern CT


  • Mentor and develop junior staff, contributing to long-term team growth and performance

The Successful Applicant



  • 15+ years of experience in commercial construction with at least 8 years focused specifically on healthcare projects


  • Deep understanding of healthcare construction codes, regulations, and operational constraints


  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing large project teams and complex client relationships


  • Well-connected in the NYC/Westchester/Southern CT healthcare landscape, with proven ability to win work


  • Adept at managing budgets exceeding $50M and working in occupied healthcare environments


  • Strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset and a collaborative approach to problem solving
