Project Executive - Commercial Construction

• Lead end-to-end project management for commercial construction projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project goals and expectations.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables with precision and attention to detail.
• Oversee risk assessment, mitigation plans, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership to project teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication across all stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate project performance to ensure high-quality standards are met.
• Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency.
