You will receive a ton of training and development opportunities and a fantastic benefits package!Job DescriptionSupport the project management team.Accounting experience.Manage project files.Draft and finalize client agreements.Collect lien waivers.Handle all documentation tasks.Request necessary insurance certificates.Provide support throughout all project phases.Collaborate with the Controller to ensure accurate cost code usage.Assist with organizing weekly project reports.Maintain subcontractor insurance.Issue subcontractor contracts as directed by the Project Manager.Prepare and submit permits and municipal submittals.Report directly to the CFO.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
