With operations across multiple continents, they produce advanced additives for fuels and lubricants, supporting innovation, sustainability, and safety across the transportation and energy sectors.Job DescriptionMaintain chemical regulatory compliance across the Americas, including the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Latin American countries.Complete regional regulatory reporting requirements such as TSCA and CEPA, and monitor emerging regulations.Conduct regulatory assessments for new product developments, including country-specific substance notifications.Track, evaluate, and communicate regulatory changes, and develop compliance strategies to address impacts.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and global team members to resolve regulatory issues and ensure compliance.Provide regulatory guidance to manufacturing sites and respond to external customer inquiries.Support process improvements, create and update SOPs, and deliver internal training on compliance practices.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
