With a strong presence in global markets, we take pride in our dynamic work environment, collaborative culture, and continuous drive for improvement.Job DescriptionDevelop and implement demand planning strategies to forecast product demand accurately.Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and inventory levels to optimize stock availability.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment between demand forecasts and business objectives.Lead S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings to review forecasts, inventory, and production plans.Work closely with supply chain teams to prevent stockouts, overstocking, and excess inventory.Utilize demand planning tools and software to enhance forecasting accuracy.Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand planning, forecasting accuracy, and inventory management.Identify risks and opportunities in demand fluctuations and provide actionable insights.Drive continuous improvement initiatives in demand planning processes.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
