We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in wood frame and multifamily construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects - from pre-construction planning through to final delivery - ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and to Norwood's high standards.

Job Description



  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of wood frame multifamily residential projects


  • Manage project timelines, budgets, subcontractors, and site teams


  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and success


  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety


  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks or delays


  • Maintain thorough documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle


  • Oversee procurement, scheduling, and cost control measures

The Successful Applicant



  • 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically in wood frame and multifamily construction


  • Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and construction best practices


  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam)


  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills


  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred


  • PMP certification a plus
