Job Description

  • Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
  • Review projects in-depth to ensure cost, timeline, and resources are on track.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.
  • Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
  • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
  • Comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations.
  • Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
  • Analyze, manage and mitigate risks on the project.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Multifamily Project Manager' should have:

  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in multifamily and podium-style developments.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
  • Familiarity with construction/ project management software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
